1. 如何提出要求1. How to request deletion
選擇任何一種方式即可,兩者效力相同:Either route works. Both reach the same place:
- 電郵至 info@vistacriativa.com,主旨寫上「Data deletion request」;或Email info@vistacriativa.com with the subject "Data deletion request"; or
- 在您與我們對話的同一個 WhatsApp 對話中,傳送「刪除我的資料」(或 "delete my data")。Send "delete my data" in the same WhatsApp conversation you have been using with us.
請附上我們可用以找到您資料的識別資訊 — 通常是您使用的 WhatsApp 號碼 或 電郵地址。我們只會為核實身分而索取所需的最少資料。 Please include something we can find you by, usually the WhatsApp number or email address you used. We will only ask for the minimum needed to verify who you are.
2. 我們會刪除甚麼2. What gets deleted
- 您與我們的助理之間的對話紀錄及所附媒體;Your conversation history with our assistant, and any attached media;
- 從該等對話中取得的聯絡資料(姓名、號碼、電郵)及潛在客戶紀錄;The contact details (name, number, email) and lead records taken from those conversations;
- 若您是客戶:已儲存的帳戶設定及加密的整合權杖(例如 WhatsApp、Google Calendar)。If you are a client: stored account configuration and encrypted integration tokens (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Calendar).
3. 我們不能刪除甚麼3. What we cannot delete
依法須保留的資料不能刪除 — 主要是發票及帳單文件,葡萄牙法律要求保留 10 年。此等紀錄會被封存,不再用於其他用途。此外,您自己手機上的 WhatsApp 訊息由您與 Meta 持有,不在我們的系統之內;若要刪除,請在 WhatsApp 應用程式內操作。 Data we are legally required to keep, chiefly invoices and billing documents, which Portuguese law requires us to retain for 10 years. Those records are locked away and not used for anything else. Separately, the WhatsApp messages on your own phone are held by you and Meta, not in our systems; delete those in the WhatsApp app itself.
4. 需時多久4. How long it takes
我們會在 30 天內完成刪除,並以書面確認 — 通常快得多。若需要更長時間,我們會在該 30 天內告知您原因。此服務免費。 We complete deletions within 30 days and confirm in writing, usually much sooner. If we need longer, we will tell you why within those 30 days. There is no charge for this.
5. 若您對處理結果不滿5. If you are not satisfied
